Articles have to be submited in accordance with the Submission Norms.

The languages accepted for publication are: Spanish, English, French, German and any Iberian language.

INDICATIONS FOR THE AUTHORS

1. General indications

- The texts proposed for publication should not be previously published.

- The texts should not be simultaneously proposed for publication to another journal or volume, until the author receives the answer from the editorial board. The editorial board will give an answer within 4 months from the receipt of the manuscript.

- Concerning a future re-publication, the author must mention the first publication in Ontology Studies/Cuadernos de Ontologia.

- The texts can be written in Spanish, English, French, German and any Iberian language.

- The articles must be accompanied by a short abstract (between 100 and 200 words) and a second abstract written in English (also between 100 and 200 words). Articles written in English must include the title and the second abstract written in Spanish (only required for Spanish speakers).

- The abstract must include between 5 and 7 keywords.

- The editorial board advises the authors writing articles in foreign languages (not native speakers) to have their texts proofread and revised by a native speaker prior to submission.

2. Document indications

- The length of the texts should not exceed 14.000 words or 70.000 characters, including spaces and footnotes.

- All papers should be submitted in Word (*.doc) or Rich Text Format (*.rtf). Articles with images must be sent also in PDF format.

- It is very important that all documents are single-spaced, and without the automatically style tool.

- All papers should be composed in Garamond font according to the template available in our website: www.ontologia.net/studies/template.doc

- Quotations longer than 3 lines must be written in a 10 point Garamond font and separated by a new line before and after the quotation. For any doubt, please take a look at the template document.

3. Articles containing images

- The images must be sent inside the text document but also separately.

- The name of the author and the order of the images in the text must be indicated in the name of each one. For example: 01Autor_Name.jpg, 02Autor_Name.jpg, etc.

- The images must have an acceptable resolution.

- Remember that for documents containing images a copy of the whole document in a PDF format is required.

- All files should be received in the same email.

4. Classical Greek

Articles containing fragments in Classical Greek must use Unicode fonts. The New Athena Unicode is recommended and available in the following link from the American Philological Association: http://apagreekkeys.org/NAUdownload.html.

INDICACIONES PARA LOS AUTORES

1. Indicaciones generales

-  Los textos propuestos deben ser inéditos.

- Los textos no pueden presentarse simultáneamente para su publicación en otro volumen o revista hasta que el autor reciba respuesta del comité editorial. En autor recibirá una respuesta en un plazo máximo aproximado de 4 meses después de la recepción del manuscrito.

- En vistas a una futura publicación, el autor deberá indicar que la primera fue en Ontology Studies/Cuadernos de Ontologia.

- Se aceptan textos escritos en alemán, español, francés, inglés y cualquiera de las lenguas ibéricas.

- Los artículos deben acompañarse de un breve resumen en español y su traducción al inglés (entre 100 y 200 palabras).

- Los resúmenes deberán acompañarse de entre 5 y 7 palabras clave.

- El comité editorial recomienda encarecidamente a los autores que escriban en lenguas extranjeras que hagan revisar y corregir sus textos por un nativo antes de enviarlo.

2. Indicaciones sobre el formato

- La longitud de los textos no debe superar las 14.000 palabras ó 70.000 caracteres, incluidos espacios y notas al pie.

- Todos los artículos deben enviarse en formato Word (.doc) o en Formato Enriquecido (.rtf). Los artículos que contengan imágenes también deben enviarse en formato PDF.

- Es importante que los documentos se envíen a espacio simple y sin usar estilos programados del editor de texto.

- Citas de más de 3 líneas deben escribirse en la tipografía Garamond (tamaño 10) y separados por una nueva línea antes y después de la cita.

- A excepción de las fuentes griegas (véase el punto 4) todo el texto debe escribirse usando la tipografía Garamond.

3. Artículos con imágenes

- Se recomienda evitar el uso de imágenes en la medida de lo posible.

- En caso de usar imágenes estas deben enviarse tanto en el archivo de texto como por separado, numeradas y en una resolución aceptable.

- Recomendamos que junto al documento de texto envíe la versión PDF de todo el artículo.

- Todos los ficheros deben recibirse en el mismo email.

4. Griego clásico

Para los artículos con fragmentos en griego clásico debe usarse una fuente Unicode. Recomendamos la New Athena Unicode, que puede descargarse del siguiente enlace de la American Philological Association: http://apagreekkeys.org/NAUdownload.html.
